The Botswana Nurses Union (BONU) has lost a case in which they sought to interdict the government from issuing an order to dispense medicine to patients. Justice Modiri Letsididi of the Lobatse High Court yesterday dismissed an application by the union seeking an interim interdict on reasons that they have a remedy available.
