The wreck occurred around 5:18 p.m. in the westbound lanes of OK-51 in Adair County just west of South 4630 Road. According to OHP, a Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by 41-year-old Roberta Studie-Maze was heading westbound on Ok-51 when officers say, for an unknown reason, she drove left of the center lane. A second vehicle, driven by 40-year-old Hershel Vann, who was heading eastbound, attempted to swerve and miss Studie-maze, but the two vehicles collided.
