Old Intel 10th Gen is snappier vs newer 13th Gen and also AM

On the outgoing Windows 10, it was recently found that Intel's newer 13th Gen is less snappy than 10th Gen CPUs. Interestingly, it looks like modern Ryzen is also falling behind the older Intel chip.
