It was taken in Weymouth between May 1966 and May 1967 during Lucie Hill’s mayoralty. If you look to the right of the photo you'll see a very familiar face! Looking on and watching the ribbon cutting is Sid James of the Carry On films fame. This picture was shared with us by Geoffrey Pritchard. He said: "This is an interesting one.
