- Improve your overall wellbeing
Jason Bromley, who has worked for TOG Mind for over four years, said: “This has been the hardest year on record for the charity and referral rates in some areas have increased massively.
"Whilst the charity ensures we continue to provide the best support options, including face to face and online, we wanted to make this challenge something fun and relatively easy that would also benefit the people taking part.
"It’s free and it’s rewarding, with all receiving full support from TOG Mind in helping you celebrate and spread the word.
"As a local branch of Mind, we work in partnership with National Mind to deliver excellent mental health services to anyone who needs them, but we are an independent local charity and are responsible for our own funding."
