The company that gave her the wrong results says it was a clerical mistake. Although with so much testing being done, mistakes like this one are happening more often. "It was their full first name, their full first last name, their results, how much they paid, yeah, so basically it was somebody else's results," says Sarah Norris. Norris and her entire family went to get tested at 88Med in November.
