Former Mayor Tomas Osmeña Cleared of Kamagayan V-Hire T

Former mayor Tomas Osmeña is cleared of any wrongdoing in the Kamagayan v-hire terminal case by the office of the Ombudsman. The case was filed by then councilor now Vice Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia in 2017 for lack of probable cause.
