Sigman, Sr., 70, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who was the passenger.The pilot Frederick Dawson "Noah" Holloway was critically injured in the crash.-----A small plane has crashed in Cullman County, leaving one person dead and another injured.The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed the Piper PA-32 with two people aboard crashed and caught fire in the woods near the Cullman Regional Airport-Folsom Field in Vinemont at 6:00 p.m. tonight.The FAA says the plane caught fire soon after crashing.The Cullman County EMA is on site, and says the aircraft is a single-engine plane.According to our media partner The Cullman Tribune, the plane crash happened along County Road 1371, just south of the Cullman Regional Airport.No other information has been released about the pilot and passenger at this time.The FAA will investigate and the National Transportation and Safety Board will determine the probable cause of the crash.
