Daniel Guild is facing a felony charge of misconduct in office. His arrest last March followed an investigation by the Oneida County Sheriff's Department regarding open records requests. In Oneida County Court on Friday, a Deferred Prosecution Agreement signed by both the Oneida County District Attorney and Daniel Guild was filed. The document states Guild can get the charge against him dismissed with prejudice if he follows the requirements and conditions in the agreement.
