onsitego: Device-care provider Onsitego acquires Qdigi Servi

Accel-backed Onsitego has acquired Qdigi Services from Quess Corp for Rs 80 crore. Quess to hold minority stake. Onsitego aims to improve customer service, target new OEM partners and retailers. Qdigi offers installation, repair, maintenance services to OEMs and online retailers.
