India and Pakistan flags (Representational photo)  |  Photo Credit: IANS New Delhi: India desires good neighbourly ties with Pakistan and is committed to addressing issues, if any, bilaterally but any meaningful dialogue can only be held in a conducive atmosphere and the onus is on Islamabad to create it, Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said on Monday while welcoming the recent ceasefire announcement by the two armies. In an address at a think tank, he said recent developments in Myanmar are a matter of "deep concern", noting that India is working with the UN Security Council in a constructive manner to facilitate "balanced outcomes" that could assist in resolving the situation.
