Operator of Charlottetown arena once again thinking big about upgrades

Officials who run the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown are pitching a plan to convert it into a bowl-type arena, adding 1,500 new seats and letting the venue host larger events. There's no price tag, no funding in place, and city council hasn't voted on the proposal. Even so, CBC's Alex MacIsaac spoke with general manager John Abbott about what he hopes can be achieved.
