A CRUEL zoo where lonely elephant Kaavan was caged has shut down after the final two animals were freed.
Marghazar Zoo in Islamabad, Pakistan - dubbed the "world's worst zoo" -closed after two malnourished former-dancing bears named Bubloo and Suzie were rescued.
