Leonardia, in a statement, said the city made a record number of vaccinations in the city. “12,016 is our biggest number in a single day done in malls, barangays, and establishments. That more and more are now willing to be inoculated is heartening,” he said. However, he added that this development has also posed big challenges. The mayor noted that there is also a surge of crowds in the vaccination centers as a consequence.
