OVP deploys 5 buses in 'Libreng Sakay' program – Mani

The Office of the Vice President (OVP) on Wednesday, Aug. 3, launched its “Libreng Sakay” program to help commuters in Manila and key cities in Visayas and Mindanao and decongest the roads during peak hours.
