(Getty Images/iStockphoto) MONROVIA, CA — A 49-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol in connection to a fatal multi-car crash on the 210 Freeway in Monrovia Wednesday afternoon that killed two people. Humberto Gonzalez, of Pacoima, is accused of driving the car that caused a chain-reaction crash involving several vehicles to occur on the eastbound 210 Freeway near West Huntington Drive, according to a report from Pasadena Now. He is currently being held on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
