In a presentation during the meeting, David Campbell, manager of city's Community Redevelopment Agency, said the four projects to begin this year are: Front Beach Road Segment 3, which will cost about $28 million, break ground in late April or early May and take about 18 months to complete. It will redevelop Front Beach Road from about Winn-Dixie to Lullwater Drive, as well as on State 79 from Front Beach Road to Panama City Beach Parkway. A roundabout also will be installed at the intersection of State 79 and Front Beach Road. The construction of a signalized intersection at the crossing of Powell Adams Road and Front Beach Road. It will cost more than $4 million, break ground in late May and take about a year to complete.
