The requests will go on to the Building and Zoning Committee, then to the full Madison County Board for final approval. They include: • A request for a variance allowing an attached garage about 9 feet from the property line, rather than the required 50 feet, was approved for John and Amy Mullane at 3545 Boomerang Drive, Marine. The property is in an A Agricultural District in Marine Township. • A zoning map amendment request to rezone 23.68 acres from B-5 Planned Business District to A Agricultural District at 3224 Rock Hill Road, Wood River, was approved for Timothy Lowry.
