Honey Delgado, spokesperson of the DoJ Office of the Prosecutor General, Wednesday, Jan. 13. In his order, Prosecutor General Benedicto Malcontento picked Senior Assistant State Prosecutor Lilian Doris Alejo to chair the panel.
