Panel set to recommend Terrebonne public recreation reforms to Parish Council An advisory board is expected to deliver a report March 24 to the Parish Council recommending reforms to Terrebonne's public recreation system. Councilwoman Jessica Domangue, who was instrumental in forming the committee, said it has produced "the most complete, wide-ranging study of recreation ever conducted in the history of Terrebonne Parish." "Every possible topic surrounding recreation was covered, ranging from sports programming, to facilities, to taxpayer accountability to ensuring equitable access for all children," she said in a prepared statement. She said the report includes more than 30 pages of specific recommendations, with over 1,500 pages of supporting documentation.
