Parking permits in downtown Muskegon let drivers ignore time limits Updated May 11, 2021; Posted May 11, 2021 Muskegon is offering downtown employees and residents the chance to buy a $50 annual parking pass that essentially removes two-hour parking restrictions.Alison Zywicki | azywicki@mlive.com Facebook Share MUSKEGON, MI – When Muskegon offered downtown employees and residents the chance to buy a $50 annual parking pass that essentially removes two-hour parking restrictions, Sarah Powers jumped at the offer. She works downtown for Revel, a marketing firm, and played the odds when overstaying the two-hour, and sometimes half-hour, parking limits. Powers has gotten a parking ticket before, but with the parking permit she doesn’t have to worry or walk to work from non-regulated parking.
