Wacker Drive The real estate firm with the biggest ownership stake in a Wacker Drive building that was split into office condos more than a decade ago is looking to cash out, searching for a buyer that wants to bet on the future of downtown offices coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic. A venture of Philadelphia-based Pearl Properties is seeking nearly $21.5 million for its portfolio of offices and other spaces at 55 W. Wacker Drive, according to a marketing flyer for the property.
