Partial abolition of AFSPA is test, total scrapping can take

Following the withdrawal of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) from certain parts of the state, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Monday said that the total abolition of AFSPA may take time, but the partial abolishment is a test.
