Published January 18, 2021, 2:35 PM The Pasay City government has extended its “Libreng Sakay” program which was launched last December 2 during the city’s 157th founding anniversary. Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the city government decided to extend the services for “Libreng Sakay” which ended on December 30 to give convenience to those who are working in Manila offices and save enough money instead of taking a cab. Rubiano said commuters who wanted to avail of the city’s “Libreng Sakay” need to download the Get-Pass app and scan the QR code. The city’s “Libreng Sakay” program offers free rides from SM MOA going to SM Manila and vice versa, passing through Pasay City Hall and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office.
