Published June 14, 2021, 3:09 PM The Pasay City government has conducted a total of 168,291 contact tracing to further bring down the number of cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the city. The City Health Office submitted a report to Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano that during the surge of COVID-19 in the city on March, 34,924 contact tracing was conducted. The following month, 45,715 contact-tracing efforts were also made. The record on contact tracing is slowly decreasing from 14,635 in May to 3,473 as of June 13. This shows that COVID-19 cases in the city are decreasing and more residents are recovering from the virus. The Pasay City Public Information Office posted that a total of 13, 972 residents have recovered from the virus.
