Pathologist tells Kerry trial that man died as result of injuries caused by 'propelled fall'
The jury in the trial of Killorglin man Christian Fleming for manslaughter has heard how the deceased man, Stephen O’Connor, had sustained brain injury after ‘a propelled fall’ which saw the left side of his head impact against the flat surface.
