[UPDATED] Hinds to be replaced as National Security JSC head

NATIONAL Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds will be replaced as chairman of the Parliament's National Security Joint Select Committee. The change has become necessary as a result of Hinds assuming his new ministerial portfolio on Monday.
Hinds was assigned to this portfolio by the Prime Minister, after his immediate predecessor Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) Stuart Young was appointed Energy Minister, after the death of Franklin Khan last Saturday. Young will continue his duties in the OPM.
