JUI-F chief did not invite PPP, ANP to attend meeting, say sources PDM President Maulana Fazlur Rehman addressing a press conference along with PML-N's Maryam Nawaz and PPP's Yousuf Raza Gilani in Islamabad. SCREENGRAB ISLAMABAD: As the discord in opposition alliance intensified, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) President Maulana Fazlur Rehman summoned a meeting of constituent parties today (Tuesday). Sources privy to the development told The Express Tribune that the meeting will take place at the residence of the JUI-F chief in Islamabad. Interestingly, the PDM chief has not invited two major opposition parties — ANP and PPP — to the meeting which have been at loggerheads with their allies over the matter of Senate opposition leader.
