The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) first reported the incident near Airport Way South and South Norfolk Street around 3 a.m. Seattle police responded to the scene and closed the road for several hours during their investigation. The SDOT said all southbound lanes and one northbound lane of Airport Way South reopened just after 6:15 a.m. Drivers should use caution while in the area.
