Send Pediatrics Plus announced Monday that it's acquiring two Center for Childhood Development and Family Education (CCDFE) centers in Alma and Van Buren. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed; the deal is set to close on Aug. 2. The two centers will offer a developmental preschool, behavioral health services, applied behavior analysis, and occupational, physical and speech therapy services.
