Penguin Town, however, trades the doom-and-gloom tone for a more lighthearted approach. Oswalt’s narration is cheeky and peppers in puns. We get interesting tidbits, like the fact that penguins swim an average of about 16 kilometres a day. And since the script gives its flightless critters human characteristics, their shenanigans are relatable.
