Pennsy Trail holiday lights display debuts today 12/11/20 1:17 AM GREENFIELD — People can take a drive down the Pennsy Trail in their own four-wheel sleighs this holiday season to observe the Christmas lights on display. The trail will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Friday, Dec. 11) and Dec. 18. A tractor escort will lead cars down the trail to tour the display, which includes a light show on the side of the renovated grain elevator on Depot Street. The socially distant event replaces the annual holiday wagon Christmas rides that typically take place on the trail. To enter the display, drive to the Pennsy Trail trailhead on Morristown Pike south of Main Street, where parks staff will be handing out special glasses to enhance the view.
