The 9th Peren District Inter-Departmental Tournament commenced at the Indoor Stadium in Jalukie, on November 28 with an inaugural ceremony marked by exhortation and invocation by Rev. Dr. Mongzeung Mpom, Pastor of JTLBC, while Keyiranding Hegui, NCS, ADC Peren, and the Convenor of the Organizing Committee, delivered a warm welcome note.
