In Canada, Alaska Highway News reports that Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure is moving forward with its proposed conversion of the Prince George Refinery announced in March, seeking city council permission for the facility’s upgrade construction through a rezoning. With city council permission in hand, the company could start construction already this month and be operational within two years, producing 150 million liters of renewable diesel annually. The company told local authorities it would be using a proprietary process for fuel production.
