By Harold Mann Apr 1, 2021 Bridge City police have located a person of interest in a hit and run incident that killed a woman that was walking her dog. 39-year old Tiffany Handley died this past Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle in the 400 block of Jones in Bridge City. The driver that hit her left the scene. The person of interest and the vehicle believed to be involved were located in mid- Jefferson County this week.
