PH Red Cross intensifies assistance to earthquake-hit commun

In response to a magnitude 7.0 earthquake that struck Abra on July 27 which resulted in damage to properties, the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said that it has intensified its assistance to the distressed people in communities.
