PH should maximize demographic dividend – NEDA exec :

NATIONAL Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Undersecretary Rosemarie Edillon on Tuesday said it is necessary to maximize the country's demographic dividend by investing in long-term learning, job creation and increasing employability to meet the goals of the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028.
