Phil Cromer wins landslide victory in Beaufort mayoral race

Beaufort, SC, often called one of the South's best small towns, has a new mayor. Phil Cromer defeated Mike Sutton in the special election to fill the remaining term of former Mayor Stephen Murray, who resigned in September.
