Jon-Peyton Brooks, 44, of the 100 block of South 63rd Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 4 to 10 years in a state correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to felony charges of persons not to possess firearms and firearms not to be carried without a license in connection with an April 2023 incident in Abington.
