OCTA Research fellow Prof. Guido David said Saturday that the Philippines is still at moderate risk for COVID-19,  following the Department of Health's pronouncement that the country is not classified as "low risk" for infections.
“Sa pangkalahatan, moderate risk ang assessment natin. Hindi pa rin low risk at tsaka may areas na high risk pa rin" (Our overall assessment is, the Philippines is still at moderate risk. But some areas remain classified as 'with high-risk'), David told "Dobol B TV."
