Phinma's PhilCement to operate Petra plant | The Manila Time

PHILCEMENT Corp., a majority-owned subsidiary of Phinma Corp., has signed a manufacturing and sale agreement with Petra Cement Inc. to operate a cement grinding facility in Zamboanga del Norte with an annual capacity of 500,000 metric tons.
