Pittsburgh police asked for the public’s help Sunday in finding a missing girl. Rayona “Ray” Johnson, 13, went missing from the Perry South neighborhood on March 5, police said. She is known to frequent the Garfield, Northview Heights and Spring Hill areas. Johnson is described as 5 feet 2 inches
