The Planning Board voted to approve an article to rezone the Hadley School site for use as a boutique hotel after a public hearing Monday night.On Monday, May 15, Town Meeting will vote on whether to approve Article 19 on the warrant amending zoning by-laws to establish the Hadley School Overlay District. The proposed bylaw change would allow developers to use the former school site at 20 Redington St. to build a 60-room boutique hotel with a minimum of 20 parking spaces.
