COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Two more Special Land Use permit requests from proposed recreational retail marijuana establishments on South Willowbrook Road are scheduled to come before the Coldwater Planning Commission on Monday evening. One is from Lume Cannibis which would operate from the current location of Coldwater Auto Service at 351 South Willowbrook Road. Coldwater Auto Service plans to move to a new location sometime in the near future. Coldwater Auto Service is moving to a new location in the near future. The site currently consists of a nearly 25-year-old steel pole building which is now used for vehicle repair and a gravel parking lot which will be paved. Plans call for the existing building to be completely renovated at a cost of about $500,000.
