A 5th marijuana shop is being proposed for Pullman. A company called Magic Tree Collective wants to operate a cannabis retail store on College Hill. Plans call for repurposing the old carwash on Merman Drive into a pot shop. The city’s planning department is reviewing the proposal. The space for selling marijuana would be indoors.
