A Homebase in Streatham Vale is set to be demolished and replaced with 272 flats and commercial space if a planning application is approved. Developer Hadley Property Group and Clarion Housing Group have partnered to redevelop the site in Streatham Vale - they announced they purchased it last September. According to their pre-application development presentation, going before a Lambeth planning committee on Tuesday (June 29), the scheme would be made up of four blocks ranging between five and 13 storeys. No decision will be made on the plans tomorrow – the meeting is an opportunity for the applicants to make a presentation and discuss any issues.
