A traffic stop Tuesday morning at 1:40 ended with Plymouth police arresting a Plymouth man. Officer Schieber conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Plum and Lake Street after observing the vehicle commit a moving violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Juan C. Ventura-Enamorado, 32, of West LaPorte Street in Plymouth.
