PM: Definition of 'vulnerable' expanded to include 12 groups

PUTRAJAYA: The definition of vulnerable group has been expanded to include 12 groups, including the homeless and stateless to protect them against manipulation, abandonment and mistreatment, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
