PM Modi understood importance of fisheries: Rupala on 'Sagar

Union Minister Parshottam Rupala on Saturday appreciated the Phase-IV of 'Sagar Parikrama' and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi understood the importance of the fisheries department and thus made it independent.
