PM slams criticism of meeting with Venezuelan envoy Dr Keith Rowley THE Prime Minister is unfazed by the Opposition's criticism of a meeting between himself and Venezuelan Ambassador Carlos Amador Perez Silva. He said, "Their head just hard. They're not learning." Dr Rowley met with Perez Silva on Monday at the Diplomatic Centre in St Ann's. In a release, the Office of the Prime Minister said the meeting focused on "issues related to national security, immigration and covid19." It said Minister of Foreign and Caricom Affairs Dr Amery Browne, Minister of National Security Stuart Young and Ricardo Sánchez, chief of the consular section of the Venezuelan embassy, also attended.
